Meet Marta
Hi, I’m Marta
I started Studio Di Rosa in Shankill because I wanted a different kind of space. Somewhere small enough that I can really see you, listen to you, and support the way your body actually moves and feels.
My work is simple: help you build strength that lasts, move with more ease, and leave each class feeling a little more like yourself.
“My goal is simple: to help you feel strong, empowered and the best version of yourself.”
MY PILATES PHILOSOPHY
How we work
We keep classes small (max 6) so the teaching stays personal. We use high-quality equipment because good tools make a real difference. We focus on what your body needs today, not on following a rigid plan.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s feeling stronger, more stable and more at ease in daily life.
MY BACKGROUND
A bit about my path
I’ve been teaching Pilates for many years, with special training in Reformer, Tower, Mat, prenatal and postnatal work. I continue studying anatomy and biomechanics because I want to understand bodies better — and teach from that understanding.
What matters most to me is that you feel safe, supported and seen in class.

WHY THIS STUDIO EXISTS
A space for real connection
I wanted a calm, beautiful space in Shankill where people could come as they are. No big groups, no pressure to perform, no complicated systems. Just thoughtful teaching, good equipment and the time to actually work with you.
That’s the studio I created.
“My commitment and dedication to creating a supportive, nurturing environment remains at the heart of everything I do.”
