My commitment and dedication to creating a supportive, nurturing environment remains at the heart of everything I do.

I have been dedicated to transforming lives through wellness and Pilates for over a decade. Originally from a small town in Argentina, my journey began in Buenos Aires, where I moved at the age of 17 to pursue studies in veterinary science. However, it was through my own physical challenges—specifically back pain—that I discovered Pilates in 2009. What started as a personal remedy quickly evolved into a lifelong passion and professional calling.

My approach to Pilates goes beyond just physical movement. I believe in the power of holistic well-being and the importance of nurturing both body and mind. After earning my certification from the Michael King Academy in 2015, I spent years teaching in Argentina before making the move to Dublin, Ireland, in 2019. Here, I shared my expertise to several leading studios, helping countless individuals regain strength, flexibility, and confidence.

I understand that everyone’s journey is unique and I enjoy to connect with people from all walks of life. Whether it's busy professionals, new mothers, or those recovering from injuries, my focus is to support and empower. My sessions are known for my personal touch, adapting to each individual's needs and encouraging progress at every step.

In addition to Pilates I have trained in various complementary disciplines, including Meditation, Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Reiki, Chi Kung and many many more, which I integrate into a holistic approach to wellness.

Today, I split my time between family and Pilates, where I continue to teach, mentor, and guide others on their wellness journeys.
